Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of marketing experience within an engineering or industrial services environment; SEO and PPC knowledge a plus.
Business acumen with a strategic mindset and solid operational experience.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, social media platforms, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Regular collaboration with sales and other departments to support marketing objectives.
Creative thinker with a focus on expanding brand reach.
Skilled in copywriting, with an emphasis on SEO best practices and brand alignment.
Experience in optimizing paid media and managing ad budgets.
Self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, capable of working autonomously.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
Deep knowledge of digital and social media platforms, with expertise in content curation.
Strategic thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas.
Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics required.
Familiarity with social media advertising.
Skilled in analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
