Junior Graphic Designer

A’BriTin seeks a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for students or recent graduates who are passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects. As a vital design team member, you will gain hands-on experience working on various creative assignments that align with our brand and vision.

In this role, you will create engaging and on-brand graphics across multiple media formats. Your responsibilities will include defining design requirements, visualizing concepts, and producing graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of websites, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop innovative marketing tools for our catering companies and exclusive venues while managing, building, and maintaining our 30+ websites. Your work will capture attention, convey the right message, and inspire and attract our target audience.

We would love to hear from you if you have a creative flair, a strong ability to translate requirements into compelling designs, and experience in graphic and website design (including coding). Strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically as part of a collaborative team are essential.

Essential Functions:

  • Design Creation: Develop visual content, including digital graphics, social media posts, print materials, and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs meet project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Idea Generation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Revisions: Edit and revise designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
  • File Management: Maintain organized files and ensure deliverables are submitted in the correct formats on time.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or web design tools like Figma or Sketch.

Portfolio:

  • A portfolio showcasing your design work is required. (Academic projects, personal work, and internships are all acceptable.)
