The project we need help with is all about ensuring people have the right level of access to the spaces needed to do their jobs effectively. Responsibilities: Address medium complexity design and/or user problems, with minimal guidance, leveraging established design principles and patterns. Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines. Independently make decisions that improve quality and/or consistency within a feature or project level scope of work (e.g., process, team, deliverables). Proactively identify, define, and communicate problems within the project or product team(s), and deliver practical and/or creative ways to fix them. Experience: 4+ years of experience in product design or UX. Create design concepts (e.g., mock-ups, prototypes) for informing product direction, ideation and user research/testing. Collaborate regularly with UX, PM & Engineers to communicate and/or influence design intention. Iteratively improve design based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input with minimal guidance. Skills: Designing and building prototypes in Figma Familiarity with Material Design guidelines Visual Design Design concepts Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
