Position SummaryWhat you'll do Are you a digital whiz who loves creating awesome advertising solutions? Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our vibrant team. You'll be the go-to person for top-notch strategic account planning, inventory insights, and exclusive deals, all while working from one of our buzzing hubs in Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, or San Bruno, CA. You'll collaborate with senior execs, Ad Sales, Operations, and Merchant teams, and also get to work with suppliers' Brand Managers and E-Commerce teams. Dive into a role where your contributions matter and measurable outcomes are the name of the game.What you'll do:Build strategic campaign recommendations based on an understanding of the suppliers' goals and marketing objectivesManage supplier's campaign strategies, programs and investmentsOversee the end-to-end creative process between the supplier and MAP's creative teamManage agency proposal templates and taggingPartner with campaign management on campaign activation, trafficking and optimizationsProvide updates with clients and internal partners regarding campaignsWork with Measurement and Analytics to ensure reporting accuracyShare applicable insights to support supplier's strategy and driving incremental revenueSupport monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and deliveryPartner with sales professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions and follow upCollaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business PartnershipsMaintain relationships, manage daily business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to increase additional revenue beyond original contracted amountLead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clientsProvide technical guidance on campaign specifications and work through troubleshooting/conflict resolutionAchieve all role specific accountability metrics and goalsWhat you'll bring:3 years of experience building media plan recommendations3 years of experience working with sellers/suppliers/vendors3 years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, Marketplace, or a related area OR Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldKnowledge with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologiesAt Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet - Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage - Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance - Paid time off benefits include PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
