As a Sr. Program Manager within the Services Operations team, you are the primary lead supporting internal readiness for product, process, category and service launches. This role owns ensuring each launch within our scope is ready for Ad Operations service teams and end customers. The role is a specialist and subject matter expert for internal team processes and tools and frequently works directly with Ad Operations, Campaign & Creative Management, Sales, Policy and Product teams. Key job responsibilities The Sr. Program Manager requires a strong understanding of the often times complex advertising campaign delivery process including campaign setup and ad trafficking. They understand how to drive business development through creative, campaign and ad operations and have experience in advertising, business operations, and marketing fields. As a Sr. Program Manager for AdOps, you will: • Take ownership of new launches for our services teams, with a focus on Ad Operations workflows helping accelerate business growth by enabling flawless campaign execution. • Design scaled processes by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, defining milestones and creating a launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. • Influence stakeholders (including Sales, Product, Advertising Trust and services leadership) outside your direct area of responsibility to ensure delivery and identify new campaign opportunities. • Identify and mitigate customer and advertiser risks, removing roadblocks and providing alternate solutions to provide the best advertiser and customer experience. • Drive accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation. About the team The Services Operations team enables and scales advertiser success on and off Amazon through internal operations, streamlined campaign workflows, proactive prevention of defective ads, flawless high-traffic event management and services team training to ensure a positive end-customer experience. We partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Campaign & Creative Management, Ad Operations and Design teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - 5+ years of program or project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Salesforce and Tableau - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process - Experience in multi-territory campaign management Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
