Description
Content is king! So who wants to wear the crown? Our Content & Media Coordinator is responsible for creating a captivating and engaging inventory of pictures, videos and various other media to help boost our brand awareness, support training programs, and drive interest and traffic into Big Al's. You will help support a multitude of departments including marketing, HR, F&B, events, and more! If you're ready to create content that makes a BIG impact, this could be a picture-perfect opportunity!
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinate with departments to create content necessary to the success of Big Al's to include, marketing, training, human resources, food & beverage, etc.

Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma; or equivalent and at least two years' experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and social media management tools. Must be able to show a portfolio of work and or experience.

You will help support a multitude of departments including marketing, HR, F&B, events, and more! WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinate with departments to create content necessary to the success of Big Al's to include, marketing, training, human resources, food & beverage, etc.
- Build, oversee and execute social media campaigns and content that drive fan engagement and education, delivering follower growth
- Write copy and publish content to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and other social media
- Monitor all social media channels for feedback and sentiment, proactively engaging, responding or escalating issues when appropriate
- Attend games shown at Big Al's, attend events (parties, holiday functions, etc.) to capture, create and post content
- Develop training content and establish company-wide training modules/courses
- Collaboratively design and develop site content design and layout alongside design and marketing teams
- Generate & co-publish content directly with the marketing team & human resources
- Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with key-stakeholders
- Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)
- Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of guests
- Develop & create interactive & experimental training targeting younger generation learning styles
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB:
- Must be thorough, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience using Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects (or Similar)
- Experience working with guests or on a service-based team
- Experience filming short & or long video clips that would be used for Training, Marketing, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with basic video production and still photography
- Ability to lead and influence outcomes across the organization
- Programs/Platforms: Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign)
- Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator
