DUTIES:

In the Field Daily
  • On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day
  • On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
  • Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
Customer Service and Communication
  • Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
  • Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
  • Communicate with support team with questions
Follow Repair Process
  • Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
  • Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
  • Problem-solve repairs with creativity

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
  • Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.
  • An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
