Controller - Growing Tech Company About the Organization and Opportunity: Our client is an organization headquartered in the Washington DC area They are looking bring on a Controller to lead the organizations accounting function The organization is well-established and fosters a great sense of community The company values teamwork and flexibility They offer excellent benefits, including: 401K, generous PTO and holidays and great medical coverage Overview of the Controller role: Oversee and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and reporting process Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, processes and internal controls Prepare, analyze and present financial statements, forecasts and budget Maintain the organizations budget Supervise and lead the accounting team Advise senior management on financial planning, analysis and strategy to support decision making Preferred Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experience with NetSuite is required Government Contracting and DCAA experience a plus LI-KC4 INNOV2024#ZRCFS
