Job Summary Seeking a motivated Entry-Level Instructional Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging educational materials and courses that enhance learning experiences. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement instructional content.
Essential Functions Develop and design instructional materials and courses based on learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Utilize instructional design models and best practices to create effective learning experiences.
Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to tailor content to the target audience.
Review and revise existing materials to improve instructional quality and effectiveness.
Assist in the integration of multimedia and interactive elements into course content.
Develop testing and evaluation instruments.
Ensure that all training meets regulatory and safety compliance requirements.
Develop a working knowledge of the business and a thorough understanding of learning resources.
Work with supervision to define and manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
Perform other assigned duties commensurate with skill level.
Education Description Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Experience Internship or project experience in instructional design or e-learning development is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies.
