Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid or Remote

Location: Mesa, AZ (open to remote or hybrid)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Position Overview:

Are you an energetic and results-driven event marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful experiences? As an Event Marketing Specialist at Strive Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach through diverse event strategies. From managing trade shows and symposiums to coordinating hospitality engagements and strategic partnerships, your creativity and organization will ensure that every event strengthens our brand presence and builds lasting relationships. You will be responsible for managing multiple events, each one designed to highlight our innovative approach to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, symposiums, hospitality engagements, and partner collaborations.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, scheduling freight, prepping event assets and on-site management, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a key ambassador for Strive Pharmacy at each event, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touch points.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and stakeholders, driving collaborations that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while delivering high-impact experiences.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, business development, and executive teams to align event strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness industries.
  • Proven experience managing various event types, such as trade shows, conferences, and hospitality engagements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Comfortable with travel and occasional weekend or after-hours work for event execution.
