Job Title: Marketing Associate
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
Apollon is seeking a proactive marketing associate candidate who demonstrates a strong ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. As a Marketing Associate, you'll be instrumental in our efforts to promote financial services, attract high-net-worth clients, and build brand awareness. In this role, you'll be working directly with the Marketing Manager, helping shape our marketing strategies and playing a vital role in executing them effectively.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• White label market & research material (blogs, decks, white papers, research articles) and distribute via company blog, automated email marketing platform, social media & advisor resource library.
• Manage corporate content calendar by updating social media content & schedule, email content & schedule, & content library.
• Create & distribute content for 10 company social networking sites via social media management platform.
• Assist in creating and delivering client facing marketing materials for advisors such as (presentations, one sheets, ads, brochure, banners, etc.)
• Help organize & deliver monthly advisor newsletter by documenting important updates on policies & procedures, new offerings, recently acquired advisors & central service hires, internal webinars, media mentions, etc.
• Work with office manager on advisor stationary needs (business cards, letterhead, envelopes, etc.).
• Ensure all corporate level marketing materials are submitted through compliance portal.
• Work with third party marketing vendors for public relations, marketing automation and digital marketing by participating in bi-monthly check in calls, managing projects and providing teams with requested information when needed.
• Provide marketing deliverables needed during M&A onboarding process.
• Assist with meeting follow-up notes and action items, ensuring that important details are captured and addressed.
• Enforce & maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand identity.
• Update a variety of print and digital marketing materials, ranging from brochures to social media content and event-related promotional marketing.
• Assist in ad hoc marketing projects as needed.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or sales
Required Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational abilities and project management experience.
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Experience in coordinating marketing projects across internal teams and external agencies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Efficient with social media platforms and knowing how to leverage them to enhance our online presence.
