We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to help us support our Marketing Specialist team and increase the quality and timeliness of deliverable completion. You will be an integral part of the development and optimizations of marketing collateral and social media content schedules.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design captivating social media and ad graphics: Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives for maximum impact. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
- Blog Creation: Create engaging and informative blog content to support our digital marketing efforts utilizing ChatGPT. Conduct research on relevant topics and produce well-written articles. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in voice and messaging.
- Strategic Planning Assistance: Support the development of marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Assist in research and data collection for strategy formation, working closely with senior team members.
- Campaign Execution Support: Aid in the management, as well as the execution of marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Linkedin and Facebook) by coordinating tasks within internal teams. Collaborate with Developers and Account Managers to facilitate the smooth delivery of results.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in utilizing data analytics tools to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance. Contribute to the preparation of client reports, highlighting key metrics, and proposing adjustments for optimization.
- SEO / Website Management Support: Contribute to website builds using templates, by effectively communicating client feedback to the developer team. Assist in addressing basic technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors and site speed optimization.
- Client Meeting Participation: Participate in virtual and occasional in-person strategy and reporting meetings with a suite of clients. Assist in presenting campaign results and discussing ongoing strategies with Marketing Specialist and/or Account Manager, ensuring that the needs and goals of multiple clients are addressed efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement Involvement: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Canva or other design software (Figma or Adobe Studio).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Facebook Ads
- Agency experience
- Exposure to tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Knowledge of platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
