ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the company’s vision, values, and aesthetics.
- Drive targeted campaigns to attract new clients, nurture leads, and increase client retention.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to boost online presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content such as case studies, project showcases, and thought leadership pieces for blogs, press, releases, and other channels.
- Develop targeted campaigns and collateral to showcase the company’s portfolio, emphasizing key projects and achievements.
- Organize and execute company sponsored events, conferences, or exhibitions to increase visibility and general leads.
- Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to guide marketing decisions and adapt strategies.
- Establish and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Work closely with MVE leadership, sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure messaging consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Represents the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates.
- Maintains and ensures confidentiality of all sales and marketing data; selectively sharing relevant information with only strategic partners and vendors as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic design, or related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience and long-range planning required.
- Hands on Experience with SEO, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, ETC), Digital Ads, Website Management, Copy Writing.
- Experience working within the AEC Industry required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of market developments, strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficiency using InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
- Proficiency with layouts and graphics.
- Experience using CRM systems (i.e., Deltek Vision, etc.)
