We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a strong understanding of various social media platforms. This position will be onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.

Essential Job Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the social media content calendar for relevant platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
  • Produce and create social media content including but not limited to videos, lives, reels, shorts, graphics, and training webinars.
  • Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and continually improve results through testing and new initiatives.
  • Monitor and engage regularly with audiences online; engage publicly as a thought leader.
  • Lead in company reputation management efforts and strategies to enhance online reviews.
  • Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice of the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications and Content Manager to develop and amplify digital campaigns.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising preferred.
  • Four years or more of professional experience in social media, brand/personality management including organic and paid campaigns.
  • Experience producing/hosting social media videos, including IG Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube
  • Videography and/or video editing experience preferred
  • Hootsuite or similar social media management platform experience preferred
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in platform management for videos, audio, and text
  • Intermediate level of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, iStock
