Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Visual Merchandising Leader that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! The Visual Merchandising Manager collaborates closely with the Sr. Director of VM to oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards across the company. The Visual Merchandising Manager leads a dynamic team of field merchants, driving the execution of visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with brand standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual product displays across all retail locations. Strong leadership, developmental, and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
What you'll get to do:
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of field merchants to achieve visual merchandising goals and foster a culture of excellence.
- Strategy Execution: Implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with the VM Director, ensuring alignment with brand vision and retail standards.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to field merchants on best practices, visual standards, and new initiatives to enhance in-store presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate visual directives, ensuring timely and consistent execution of product displays.
- Visual Standards Oversight: Monitor and evaluate visual displays across locations, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead the coordination of visual-related product mapping, collateral and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity. Manage ongoing primary and secondary fixture needs within stores, in addition to ordering VM fixture needs.
- Travel: Visit stores in West Region to work closely with field merchants to help support where needed. Travel as needed for merchandising flips and new store openings.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Preferred job location will be Southern California.
- Proven +5 years' experience in visual merchandising and team leadership within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and consumer preferences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
