As a Home Health Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our services within the community, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families about the benefits of home health care. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and expansion of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive referrals for home health services.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, social workers, and other referral sources.


• Represent the agency at networking events, healthcare fairs, and community outreach programs to promote home health services.


• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers about the range of services offered by the agency.


• Conduct regular follow-ups with referral sources and clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business development.


• Track, report, and analyze marketing efforts and results to achieve set goals and increase growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth patient intake and service delivery.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in home healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in healthcare marketing or sales, preferably in home health or related healthcare fields.


• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Knowledge: Understanding of the home health care industry, including regulatory requirements and referral processes.


• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.


• Licensure: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
