JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Project Designer to work with our design team in our Dallas studio. Ideal candidates will have a passion and curiosity for architecture, a strong sense of good design, and a commitment to sustainability. Attention and appreciation to detail in crafting presentation materials and building systems.

JOB ROLE

• Research the history of project sites and their surrounding context along with appropriate project precedents.
• Work directly with design principal and other design staff to interpret and develop conceptual ideas and sketches into schematic
• design presentations for a wide variety of project types.
• Produce architectural renderings and illustrative building and site plans.
• Collaborate with other design professionals to interpret schematic designs in the construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years of relevant work experience
• Professional Degree in Architecture
• Possess exceptional organizational skills and capable of simultaneously supporting multiple projects and priorities
• Advanced computer modeling, graphic and rendering skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, ArcGIS, Rendering software, and Microsoft Office
