Job Title: Digital Paid Media Specialist
Location: Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)
Pay: 75k/year
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Paid Media Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, experience with SEO strategies, and the ability to optimize performance through Google Analytics insights. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, increasing ROI, and enhancing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms to achieve performance metrics such as ROI, CPC, and CTR.
- Develop ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with the creative team to align with brand guidelines.
- SEO Integration:
- Collaborate with the content and web teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research to inform both paid and organic campaign strategies.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management:
- Track and manage campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI while ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns for B2B or B2C industries.
