SUMMARYThe Digital Content Coordinator, you are highly organized, have an eye for detail, and love keeping Hibbett | City Gear customers engaged with omni-channel platforms. You think creatively on how to effectively present digital marketing assets, customer resources and lifestyle content in a way that is most impactful and visually pleasing to customers. You deliver buttoned up final products, may they be shoppable content pages, search engine optimized and grammatically correct lifestyle content for the Unboxed blog, up-to-date homepage and promotional creative and more. You understand how to juggle multiple projects at once and adapt to change quickly and calmly, and you have a teamwork-focused mindset.
The Coordinator, Digital Content assists with creative and informational digital content for Hibbett I City Gears website and plays a critical role in keeping the website and app updated with the most relevant and recent marketing, SEO, retail location data, and misc. content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Conceptualize, build, and implement content for web pages for various products, services, and promotions, marketing campaigns, legal terms and conditions, and more.
- Add, edit, and format content and copy for the Hibbett I City Gear blog and SEO content for categories across Hibbett.com.
- Manage the user generated content platform, ensuring widgets are implemented and functioning correctly, strategizing additional methods of UGC acquisition and usage, and coordinate UGC content for product pages on the website.
- Update information and resource pages on the website such as legal terms, policies, customer service pages, etc.
- Update and manage the home page marketing creative for the Hibbett I City Gear app.
- Execute promotion strategy and contribute to content ideation.
- Maintain the store listings database and store photos both on Hibbett.com and through third party partners.
- Protect companys assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.
No supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design or a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a corporate office.
- Basic understanding of SEO copywriting best practices
- Experience working for a retail company.
- Experience working in marketing, preferred.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems.
- HTML and CSS experience, preferred.
