Job Description:

As an Event Promotions Assistant at PHL Acquisitions, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various promotional events. You will work closely with the Event Manager and marketing team to ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of events, including logistical coordination and vendor management.
• Coordinate event promotion activities, such as creating promotional materials and assisting with event invitations.
• Manage event schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Help with setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready for use.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that everything runs according to plan.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure event requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on event performance and provide feedback for improvement.
