ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the organization's marketing strategy along with guidance and direction from the CMO and VP of Marketing. This position sits at the center of CRM, digital engagement, email and social media marketing and web content management. This hands-on roll brings out message of emotional health and wellness to the world, connects to our audiences in new and unique ways and supports a growing and thriving brand. Candidates should possess a "get it done" attitude, move with speed, and be highly curious and think outside of the traditional box to solve problems quickly.

ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE:
  • Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives
  • Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, HootSuite, Sprout Social and other tools to effectively operate the marketing campaigns working to iterate campaigns based on sound data management and analysis
  • Manage daily content across our social channels, building engagement with our community and driving brand awareness
  • Develop a keen eye and perspective on our customer's behavior, interests, attitudes and needs and provide strategic insight to our organization's leaders
  • Work with an eye towards innovation, automation, and a high degree of problem-solving acumen

Requirements

IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:

We are open to candidates of all backgrounds, experience and education levels. After all, years of experience is just a number. That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
  • Three (3+) plus years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRM, email, social and web management
  • Previous experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Business Suite, HootSuite, Sprout Social and WordPress is strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
