About The Company: A leading Colorado real estate developer that has been in the business since 1952 is seeking a strong candidate to assist them with a data project! Work in a newly renovated office with flexibility and an on-site workout facility! About the Data Project: - company needs to report data to the CFO and CEO, as well as FINCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) - extract financial data from two different accounting systems - compile and list all the equity related transactions, distributions and capital contributions for over 175 entities - enter all data into Excel Skills and Experience for the Data Project: - comfortable working with accounting systems - intermediate Excel skills - methodical and strong attention to detail - bachelor's degree is a plus Hours for the data project are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibiltiy) in a business casual office Data Project is located just south of downtown Denver The Data Project has a deadline of 12/31 #ZRCFS #INNOV2024 #LI-Onsite
