Graphic Design Specialist
The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for delivering creative materials consisting of graphic design products and photographs suitable for multiple channels and audiences for both Michigan Support Center teams and local franchises.

What you'll do:
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
- Provide high-quality, brand appropriate graphic designs using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator programs
- In collaboration with the internal communications team, deliver graphic needs according to communication plans
- Work alongside the in-house content team to deliver graphic needs according to annual content strategy
- Oversee all corporate photography needs including managing outsourced photo shoots and determining list of needs, capturing on-site photos, and managing corporate photo library
- Proactively evaluate, develop, and incorporate design and photography enhancements
- Create graphics for both internal and external-facing projects and campaigns including but not limited to: Michigan Support Center produced events (e.g., Annual Conference, Fall Summit, Department Specific trainings, etc.), social graphics, infographics, corporate websites, local websites, print publications, billboards, online advertising, and more, as needed.
- Create and update consumer-facing brand collateral for franchise use in local markets (e.g., brochures, e-brochures, fliers, direct mail)
- Partner with other departments within the Michigan Support Center to represent and further develop consistent brand voice across all marketing materials and initiatives
- Support franchises by producing graphic design projects upon request
- Maintain knowledge of graphic design trends and techniques

- Ability to follow instructions
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- 2-5 years’ experience in graphic design or related field is required
Work Location: This role is hybrid onsite in our Michigan Support Center in Lansing.
