Global consumer goods company seeks a talented Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications. This dynamic, self-starter will leverage strategic integrated communications strategies to work across the organization to drive global engagement, support department correspondence, and advance culture initiatives. Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills are essential, along with experience in corporate communications and project management. The Coordinator will work independently and, in a team, to fulfill organizational goals and initiatives related to programming and events. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal and external global corporate communications strategies and campaigns to promote the visibility of the brand. Manage internal communications and content creation (writing, designing, video) for ongoing communications, including company emails, department updates, eblasts, monthly newsletters, etc. Draft content (e.g., press releases) for mass media or company website. Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new ideas, directions, and channels for internal and external communications and engagement efforts. Serve as a lead brand ambassador to drive positive global culture. Identify, plan, coordinate, and promote programs and events globally that support and embody the Kids2 culture. Assist in public relations campaigns, including drafting press releases, assisting with media pitching, and cultivating media relationships. Serves as internal spokesperson EDUCATION & SKILLS Proven experience as a communications assistant, a minimum of 3 years of experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism. Experience in building global relationships and working with/managing collaborative cross-functional team projects. Experience in event planning. Familiarity with social media tools and platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Familiarity with marketing and design platforms, like Canva and Constant Contact. Comfortable with public speaking and displays effective interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple projects. Ability to execute and excel in high-paced organization. Team player mindset with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphic art programs. Experience with SharePoint, Constant Contact and Canva desirable.
