Overview PMO: The Starcom PMO (Project Management Office) partners closely with stakeholders within and outside of Starcom to drive the development of key initiatives. The team develops and owns governance around project management to ensure a standard, effective process to deliver our products and services. The Supervisor, Project Management is a leader who applies project management best practices to key product and service delivery initiatives. The Supervisor possesses knowledge of various project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile, to drive projects related to the measurement of client initiatives and product development. In addition, the Supervisor partners closely with internal and client capability leads to ensure the team is working cohesively to deliver on agreed scope. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the media advertising space and will be a proactive partner in making suggestions and improvements to processes and practices. Responsibilities Drive cross-capability projects and integrated program management Produce project scopes, project schedules, resource plans and risk and change management plans Lead internal and client discussions to ensure alignment to project plans and identify any escalations/resolutions needed Lead/participate in scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement) Provide regular status updates to Starcom Leadership and clients as appropriate Assume financial oversight of project to ensure team is working within budget and resource constraints Contribute to appropriate training and onboarding processes for new team members Apply project learnings to improve the project management process Participate in leadership and effective communication trainings Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field 3+ years of Project Management experience Previous experience working on projects for media advertising Client management experience Mastery of small- and mid-level projects (e.g., product development, data integration, process improvement) Experience with multiple project management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile) PMP and/or CSM Certification (or plan to earn) Strong written and oral presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational skills Relationship management to foster a collaborative environment Project performance tracking to assess the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Visio) Additional Information Starcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
