The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing and a passion for the life sciences and biotech industry. Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, third party platforms and web. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and scientifically accurate content tailored to our target audience. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report weekly on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hootsuite, Marketo, and Salesforce. SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies using SEMrush to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis using Hootsuite. Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Marketo to nurture leads and drive conversions. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure the effective use of Salesforce for lead management. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Nanostring at the forefront of digital marketing innovation Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the life sciences or biotech industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Hootsuite, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEMrush. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and scientifically accurate content. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Monday.com software and meet deadlines. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $78,000 and $127,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
