Location: Northside Indianapolis; Fully On-site
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor:
Have responsibility for timely, accurate, and efficient accounting close on a monthly basis.
Manage accounting functions on a day-to-day basis including accounts payable, payroll, treasury management, treasury management, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Assist the controller with preparation and completion of the fiscal year budgeting process
Evaluate business unit performance against SG&A budget, develops forecasts/re-forecasts
Share responsibility for financial statement preparation and account reconciliation
Manage the annual financial audit and tax process performed by our independent CPA firm.
Develop, analyze, document, implement and maintain internal controls.
Lead business integration of acquisitions and mergers
Gather, analyze, and report data for multiple locations
Perform due diligence and create financial models for acquisition analysis
Job Requirements of the Accounting Supervisor:
Five or more years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting; Masters is a plus
