Staff Accountant job duties:

Prepare Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns

Handle a variety of tax forms; 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, etc.)

Engage in multi state tax forms

Year end reconciliation and financial statement preparation

Maintain client relationships

Develop or improve accounting/tax process and procedures

Preferred qualifications of this Staff Accountant role:

3+ years of experience in tax or public accounting

BS in Accounting or Finance

Strong Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
