Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to support overall financial goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
