They are looking for an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

$65-75K
Location:
Tigard, On-site (flexible work hours) Responsibilities
Manage recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, and new hire paperwork.
Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Oversee a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
ADP payroll processing.
Support employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
Stay updated on HR compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding best practices.
Payroll experience
Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus).
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
