Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
Oversee all aspects of human resources to create a productive and engaging work environment.
Manage the recruitment process and develop effective onboarding programs for new employees.
Implement training programs, manage performance reviews, and develop employee recognition and incentive programs.
Align HR goals with business initiatives, address employee concerns, and participate in strategic planning activities.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
Minimum of seven years of progressive human resources experience
ADP Workforce Now a plus
SHRM Certification a plus
Associate's degree
Salary and Benefits:
Base Pay - $90,000 to $100,000
Robust benefit package
In office opportunity near New Philadelphia, Ohio
Some local travel required to different sites
