Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, and payroll, as the Controller.

Develop and manage internal control policies and procedures, supporting compliance and financial integrity.

Manage month end close duties and prepare the financial statements for leadership.

Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.

Implement best practices in financial reporting and monitor cash flow management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Controller role, with expertise in financial reporting and analysis.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial compliance, and accounting software.

CPA designation or equivalent is highly desirable.
