Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join their team. The CFO will overseeing financial health, compliance, and operations to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
Manage budgeting and cash flow
Oversee grant management, donor fund tracking, and restricted funds.
Present financial data to organization leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team while managing day-to-day financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally within a non-profit.
Expertise in non-profit accounting, grants, and compliance.
Compensation : $80,000 to $120,000
