About the Company and Opportunity:
Our client is a highly reputable Non-Profit organization located in EADO.
Be the right-hand person to the CFO and lead special projects.
This role is a succession plan for the Finance Manager (retiring end of 2025).
Role encompasses financial, operational, and functional analysis - it's VERY broad!
The organization has over 58 locations, an endowment, multiple schools, small business support, and veteran services. You name it, they do it!
They have been in business for over 100 years!

Overview of the Role for the Analyst:
Develop cash flow projections and manage working capital effectively.
Analyze financial data related to industry trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators relating to financial metrics.
Run multiple forecast scenarios to provide guidance for operational decision-making.
Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Prepare customer profitability analysis.
Prepare labor metrics optimization analysis.
Prepare and review a variety of complex financial data - heavy on special projects!
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications for the Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
Eight to ten years of experience in finance.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-focused work environment.
