Creative Project Manager, Digital (WEB)
HYBRID, 3 days onsite with no deviation

NON IT, NO C2C Our global pharma client is looking to add a Creative PM to their team who has managed web-based projects from a CREATIVE perspective. This role is not technical, not involved with development but rather updates, changes, and design elements to websites, landing pages, and micro sites. If you have managed web based, creative projects, read on! The Digital Project Manager (Web) is a team member of the Digital Lab Web channels team within our client's US Commercial Digital Lab. This role requires an experienced digital project manager preferably with Pharma or similar regulated industry experience, to work in a fast-paced
agency like
environment delivering multiple small-to large scale web initiatives. The digital PM will manage a portfolio of web projects for the enterprise on an AEM platform. The digital PM should be comfortable being client-facing, working with multiple agency partners and internal teams such as strategy, creative, author, web specialists, tech and quality assurance teams. In this role the PM will lead status calls, bring awareness to potential risks and connect the dots between projects within the area assigned. Like any agency, you will be managing multiple web initiatives at various stages of the life cycle. Must be flexible as priorities can change on a dime!
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* A strong knowledge of best practices in creative, web-based, project management
* 3+ years of experience contributing to enterprise website that include migration and online production (using AEM and/or other web content management system)
* Strong understanding of digital process
* Experience with project tracking through Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar
* Proficiency in Google Drive Sheets, Docs and Slides
* Exposure to Agile development process preferred
* Experience in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry preferred

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
