Location Remote,WA Description ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager working remotely to support our premier client's brand marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a marketing manager role, with experience owning campaign management. This is a 9-month contract role that offers experience leading the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our client's physical owned and operated marketing channels. This role will require occasional travel to New York and/or Seattle, WA. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage marketing initiatives with clear objectives, priorities, measurement criteria, and deliverables. Leverage deep knowledge of business objectives and systems to innovate, evolve, and simplify the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process. Build and maintain strong relationships with category, marketing, and operations teams to understand their business needs and challenges. Identify barriers to scaling go-to-market efforts and create strategies, processes, and tools to overcome them. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, consistent, and delightful customer experience with every launch. Solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive strategic solutions. Collaborate with core partners to align efforts and ensure successful project outcomes. Utilize high judgment, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive initiatives forward. Demonstrate deep expertise in launching new products to market and leading cross-functional teams. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing or business development Experience with end-to-end campaign management Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience overseeing 2 year rolling calendar strategy Experience managing the creation of marketing playbooks Experience owning go-to-market plans and delivering results that create customer and business value Experience managing budget for multiple programs understanding and being able to communicate variance drivers Experience commercializing limited time offering or consumer packaged goods products Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple partner and senior leadership teams Preferred Qualifications High attention to detail and solid organizational skills Strong strategic aptitude: proven ability to build a product marketing strategy, define the experiment roadmap, and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels Strong analytic and quantitative skills to develop, measure, and optimize marketing programs Budget management Writing marketing SOPs
