Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
Accounting Clerk will support payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month end closing
Accounting Clerk will be supporting DoD contracts
Accounting Clerk will be responsible for timesheets (data entry into Costpoint)
Accounting Clerk will ensure successful payroll upload into ADP
Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable (entering vouchers)
Accounting Clerk will assist with administrative office work (filing and scanning)
Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements:
US Citizenship required - role will be working with US Government related clients
3+ years accounting experience
Comfortable utilizing MS Office Suite
Previous ADP experience is a plus but NOT required
Previous government contracting or Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus but NOT required
Personality Fit:

Driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Takes accountability
Personable, team player
