We’re making healthcare simpler, more affordable, and focusing on daily wellness.
Our Team is looking to add a new member to our Marketing Team to help us plan, create, and distribute impactful marketing initiatives. Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience with opportunities for advancement, paid sick leave, and health benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
● Social Media Management: Planning, designing, posting and responding to comments and direct messages
● Email Marketing: Design and create compelling email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional content using Active Campaign
● Graphic Design: Create visually appealing branded graphics for social media, email marketing, and other promotional materials
● Copywriting: Create branded copy for social media, emails, and blogs
● Website: Create landing pages
● Collaborate with team members to improve key messaging and marketing initiatives
● Content Creation & Development:
Create engaging educational content including video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and instructional materials
Produce strategic marketing content to drive member acquisition and retention
Design both member-exclusive and public-facing content that demonstrates value and expertise
Develop clear, action-oriented content that guides users through complex topics and processes
Skills:
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining
healthcare-related topics
● Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
● Experience with design tools Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
● Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
● Familiarity with SEO and conversion tracking
● Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM in the local time zone
● Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role at another company.
● Familiarity with Medical Cost Sharing, Cost Sharing Ministries, or similar insurance alternatives is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 annually.
