Marketing Content Manager with Healthcare/Risk Management Experience

Our client, a leader in their field controlling 80% of the industry, is seeking a Marketing Content Manager to join their team. This person must be a content/copy professional, ideally with some graphic design skills to develop content and execute designed campaigns: Case Studies, White Papers, Blogs, Newsletters, Emails, B2B Social Media assets, etc., for their HEALTH SOLUTIONS team. This individual will work closely with the Health Solutions team and others on the marketing team to drive traffic and engagement by informing and persuading a targeted prospect audience about their service offerings. Our client is looking for someone who is very familiar with modern marketing methodologies and comfortable with a variety of design tools. Writing for healthcare insurance/risk management field is required.
Responsibilities: Write, edit, create, and publish original content including blog posts, articles, brochures, infographics, videos, newsletters, case studies, and other assets, for multiple internal and external channels. Must have samples.
Develop compelling and creative presentations with Business Development executives to produce engaging educational presentations.
Uphold brand consistency and increase brand/product awareness.
Collaborate with other departments to help refine the brand story and work with the Content Manager and others on the Marketing team to plan content that aligns with Marketing strategy.
Assist in monitoring content performance and reporting on content analysis, metrics, KPIs.
Contribute to the overall content strategy with fresh, innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web related marketing and content development.
Experience creating content for B2B digital and email marketing campaigns and growing a social media audience, specific to healthcare insurance/risk management field space .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting, editing, and proofreading original content.
Ideally some knowledge of graphic design using such software as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, etc. Working knowledge of Ceros platform is a plus.
Basic working knowledge of project management and marketing automation tools e.g., HubSpot.
Basic working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically WordPress. An understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create and optimize content for search engine results.
Ability to deliver results throughout multiple stages in the buying journey, from engagement to education to conversion.
Skilled in developing compelling and creative presentations using PowerPoint.
Project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen/financial literacy with the ability to understand and develop a "big picture".
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Works well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience writing for the property & casualty insurance industry and/or knowledge of medical stop-loss insurance is highly desirable.
