Overview THE ROLE The Chief Creative Officer is a visionary and instigator who will partner with our agency’s medical, strategy and client service leaders to produce creative solutions that grow brands and build business. They will push and transform us and our clients through forward-thinking work that will establish RFH’s as best in the industry. This visionary will pave a new future by bringing together talented, multidisciplinary skills and teams to create fresh work that help HCPs connect with their patients. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, rooted in brand storytelling with the ability and desire to apply that experience across all communication mediums. Responsibilities Elevate the creativity craft and effectiveness of our work, making Razorfish Health the envy of those other agencies Create impactful work that drives connections between health care professionals and their patients Deliver innovative content, acts, and forward-thinking ideas to help clients navigate the new and ever-changing healthcare landscape Orchestrate data-driven omnichannel solutions to solve creative challenges Develop modular content that drives personalized communication Work with data partners to ask the right questions that uncover insights to fuel creative ideas Increase our presence in top award shows Mentor, lead, and motivate the creative team. Be a magnet for THE BEST talent Identify and grow next level of creative management Optimize and upgrade the talent across diverse capabilities Build a strong & versatile bench of creative talent that thrives on a range of client assignments including RX, devices, digital therapeutics, medical communications, corporate branding and more Set creative standards, goals, and nurture the creative culture Cultivate & infuse skills that will keep the agency on the cutting edge of creativity Inspire and mentor high performing teams Build solid relationships with clients in partnership with Razorfish Health leadership Attract and retain new business and clients Gain fluency in our clients’ strategic challenges Engage our clients frequently with strategic and insightful thought leadership Identify opportunities to drive both the client and agency’s financial health; proactively work to maximize brand productivity Encourage clients to explore new ways of engaging customers through eye opening integrated ideas Serve as the creative ambassador within Razorfish Health and Publicis Health Be a champion of Publicis Groupe’s philosophy “Power of One.” Be sought after for network opportunities and a key contributor to Publicis Health’s success. Play for club (RFH) and country (Publicis Health) Evangelize the agency outside of our walls: speak at conferences, judge award shows, handle media interviews, promote People First values, and identify further opportunities for agency PR Make us, the work, the client, and the industry better Recognize and drive exquisite craft Qualifications Accomplished in the industry, with at least 15+ years’ agency experience 10+ years of pharma experience including HCP and Global businesses You have a hands-on approach – you love rolling up your sleeves and diving into the work Baseline understanding of health systems, EHR, insurance landscape Additional Information Compensation Range: $350,000 - $400,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
