Company is highly involved within the community and gives back Main Responsibilities of Property Accountant Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures for a development project Assist/Prepare Expense Reconciliations Review and analyze GL accounts and P&L statements to prepare accruals or reclassifications Review and finalize monthly and quarterly reporting, annual operating, and capital budgets Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 3 years of accounting experience Previous Property management or Construction industry experience is required Strong attention to detail Collaborative and team player
