This high-visibility role reports directly to the CFO and has the potential to move up into an Accounting Manager or Controller level position. Casual environment with good work/life balance Responsibilities Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts Responsible for preparation Sales Tax returns for over 30 States, including State, County, City, and Special Jurisdiction tax returns Prepare and post journal entries through manual entry and excel upload Participate in the month-end close Prepare and distribute financial statements and management reports Assists in creating forms and manuals for accounting department Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years general accounting or auditing experience Bachelor's in Accounting Sales tax experience Salary and Benefits Salary range is $95,000 to $115,000 This is an in office role in Hudson Strong benefit package including medical and dental, life insurance and 401K with match #accounting #growth #staffaccountant #seniorstaffaccountant #finance #financialaccounting #salestax
