They are looking to add a Cash Applications Specialist to their Atlanta team Overview of the Cash Applications Specialist Opportunity: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for all incoming payments and refunds Process and post cash deposits, misapplied payments, chargebacks, credits and overpayments to the general ledger Apply payments received by various methods (Lockbox, ACH, Wire) Process adjustments and write-offs to invoices Assist with daily reconciliations to ensure applications are complete and accurate Partner with Collections in resolving disputed payment applications Work proactively with customers, credit reps, sales reps, plant administration support, and department coworkers to maintain strong relationships. Qualifications of the Cash Applications Specialist: Prior Cash Applications experience is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to build rapport with clients and customers #INNOV2024 #ZRCFS
