Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts.
Verify and post receipts.
Resolve discrepancies and provide customer service support.
Collaborate with team members to drive revenue and achieve goals.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable.
Excellent understanding of credit, collections, and accounts receivable principles.
Preferred knowledge of lien laws and bond rights in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
