Responsibilities Manage full cycle accounts payable process 3-way matching for accounts payable Code invoices and expenses to the correct account, date, and cost center Prepare and reconcile local/state sales and use tax filings and pay monthly Reconcile vendor statements Collect W-9's and prepare 1099's Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of accounts payable experience Proficient using Microsoft Office, 10-key by touch Experience using Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Netsuite a plus Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a salary range of $37,440 - $45,760 depending on experience
