Job Description: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Process Invoices : Review and verify invoices for accuracy before processing payments. Payment Management : Execute timely payment runs and maintain accurate records of transactions. Customer Invoicing : Generate and send customer invoices while ensuring all billing details are correct. Collections : Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve payment issues with clients. Reconciliation : Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Experience : Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable functions. Skills : Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills.
