Analyze and interpret data on operational performance and financial trends to support long-term planning initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and the Board of Directors, summarizing findings related to strategic planning and ad hoc projects. Work closely with Finance leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in planning. Conduct variance analyses to track actual performance against forecasts and budgets, presenting findings in concise summaries. Provide ongoing support to various departments through ad-hoc reports and the distribution of financial information. Analyst II Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
