Manage complex billing issues, improve processes, and provide strategic advice using NetSuite and Salesforce expertise. Key Responsibilities: Resolve high-level billing issues and discrepancies Oversee revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards Reconcile accounts and transactions across Salesforce and NetSuite Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Proven experience as Sr. Billing or Revenue Specialist Advanced knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred: NetSuite and Salesforce certifications Experience in process improvement initiatives Familiarity with other accounting tools Detail-oriented with ability to interpret accounting standards
