WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Managing daily cash deposits and maintaining detailed control sheets

Investigation and resolution of payment discrepancies, showing your problem-solving skills

Process and reconcile chargebacks, returns, and payment issues

Provide excellent customer service through phone and email correspondence

Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
