Overview of the role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Processing all cash receipts as well as applying payments to correct accounts

Answering questions and emails that come in throughout the day

Reconciling customer accounts

Handling all billings for the company

Ability to handle multiple company entities AR needs

Issuing credit memos to clients and vendors

Ad hoc/special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager

Provide backup support to accounts payable as needed

Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Strong attention to detail, with minimal tolerance for errors or typos

Ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Willingness to ask questions to ensure tasks are completed accurately

Outgoing and friendly demeanor, coupled with the ability to focus and complete tasks independently
